This Thankful Thursday is going to stray away from my usual gushing about magazines and products.
I got some serious love on this here blog during the month of February. I blame it all on Valentine’s Day. I got about 350 hits three days in a row. Then everyone ignored me.
Why did I get so many hits?
These guys:

Yup, I’ve got a recipe for chocolate-covered strawberries that I infused with orange liqueur and everyone who Googled, Binged or Yahoo! Searched such a thing got directed somehow to here. (Thanks search engines!)
Anyway, I thought I’d post my favorite February posts. There were a lot of yummy recipes posted in February, so I’m sharing them again in case you missed them.
Thanks for reading guys and gals.
Chicken Carbonara: Perfect way to use up that leftover rotisserie chicken.
Butternut Squash Ravioli with Browned Butter: Easiest dinner you’ll ever make.
Birthday Cake Bark: May you have much more success than I.
Grilled Avocado Cheese with Tomato Gazpacho: Why haven’t you made this yet? It rocks.
Homemade Cheez-Its: Easy, fun, delicious. Get on the Cheez-It train before it’s gone.
Fettuccine with Roasted Cauliflower, Olives and Pine Nuts: Another recipe with browned butter sauce—except this time, I added cream.
Sorry for any lbs. you might’ve packed on with these February recipes. *looksdownatownexpandingwaistline*
But thanks for reading and giving me awesome stats last month!
Can we keep it up? I know that 350 is a pathetic number to all you who have big, fancy blogs, but it’s all about baby steps with me.
Thank God for Valentine’s Day and chocolate-covered strawberry hype.
Its addictive isn’t it? You get some good numbers and then you just want more. Bit like a drug and the come-down can hot quite hard!
Yes, it’s very sad to see the numbers drop! But I’m holding out hope thanks to faithful readers like you 😀
